背景簡介：

在絕經(jīng)婦女、骨固定引起的骨質流失患者、多重骨髓瘤患者Sclerostin水平顯著升高。經(jīng)甲狀旁腺素（PTH）和雌性激素持續(xù)治療后，血清Sclerostin水平降低。隨著Sclerostin和DKK-1中和抗體的開發(fā)研究，有望對于骨代謝疾病治療，獲得新進展。

為什么要檢測NT-proBNP ？

NT-proBNP是 proBNP分解后的76氨基酸片段。proBNP是心臟為彌補收縮無力而增大時，心壁被拉伸時由心臟釋放到血液中的化學物質。一旦從心臟釋放到血液中，proBNP就會分割為NT-proBNP和BNP。由于NT-proBNP的半衰期為120min，相比之下，BNP的半衰期僅20min。所以NT-proBNP可追蹤的時間可達24h而BNPzui多可監(jiān)測的時間為1h。因此，檢測血清/血漿中NT-proBNP穩(wěn)定性更好，檢測結果更可靠，是有效的心衰檢測工具。
